It's music, it's spiritual.

My last post never went through. My bad! So new post just for you.
The radio now seems to play music from the same three artists and that's a disgrace. With so many new artist and songs coming to light everyday I feel like it is my duty to share some of the songs I can not get out of my head. You may have heard of the artist you may not have but I suggest you give them a listen and expand your musical horizons. Some of these include the video others include a link so please put up with me.

Do you remember the ever so popular Aint No Hollaback Girl that blasted through radios through the early 2000's? Well this song is called Holla Back Girl by Leilani Wolfgramm. It is one of the easiest songs to listen to and after the first time you hear it you will be singing along. We all know someone like the girl described in this song in fact you may be one of them. That's okay though because there's a song about you now.

Dorothy is probably one of my favorite music groups at the moment. Every time I hear one of their songs I want to strap on some boots, put on red lipstick and kick some butt. I suggest all of their music but this is probably the first song by them that I ever heard. If you like rock and roll or just anything bad ass this is the group for you.

My sophomore year in college my roommate and BFF suggested I listen to Mac Miller and I was hooked completely. Most well known for the song Knock, Knock and dating Arianna Grande he has quickly become my favorite rapper, you heard me, my favorite. His music has changed a lot over the years and it does not seem that that will change anytime soon. I adore him completely and though there are many songs I could have chosen I tried to pick one that was on the cleaner side for this blog, but please check him out. That being said this song is still  explicit!

The next artist is a singer I have loved for as long as I can remember. I listened to her back in elementary school and after a break she is back with vengeance. You may vaguely remember her music but her new album is a favorite of mine. I love her so much we even named our pet bunny after her when I was a kid, JoJo!

My favorite band of all time is Pierce the Veil. My addiction to them is well documented and you know I can not suggest music without including them. They have grown a lot as a band but this new album may be their best ever. Now if you know them then please enjoy this new song, if not give them a listen right now. There is some screamo in their inventory but their new album has almost none so if screamo is not your cup of tea then the new album is for you. I love this band so be nice.
